The inaugural Director of Bellevue University’s Human Capital Lab is Mike Echols. Mike has extensive credentials in the field, has written three books on the subject of investment and return on human capital resources, and was recently named one of the nation's Top 20 Most Influential Training Professionals by Training Industry, Inc.
