About Bellevue University's Human Capital Lab℠
Our mission is to develop innovative and valuable approaches to unlocking the long-term potential of human investments.
The latest thinking in human capital investment, management, and measurement is being done at Bellevue University's Human Capital Lab.
The Lab brings together business and academic leaders to measure the impact of learning investments. We are pleased to share this knowledge with you here, via industry studies, our newsletter Innovation@work, and quarterly colloquia in Omaha, Nebraska, and other locations across the nation.
Bellevue University, a regionally accredited university, developed and supports the Human Capital Lab. A leader in adult learning, Bellevue University offers learning opportunities for human capital and learning professionals intent on leading this industry into the next century.

Original Research
The Human Capital Lab develops and manages original research designed to isolate the impact of learning on organizations.
The Lab and Human Capital RX are strategic allies in the drive to create meaningful learning programs that stand the test of rigorous measurement so organizations can have a real dollar value to attribute to learning — and a greater understanding of their most important asset — human capital.
All of the Lab results are made available to affiliates of the Lab, and they are incorporated into Bellevue University's learning programs.
