In her role as the Director of the Human Capital Lab, Dr. Moss cultivates corporate and academic research partners in an effort to continually build the body of knowledge around human capital investments. She leads an innovative team of human resource, learning, measurement, and business professionals who collectively seek to create reliable and replicable research that informs business decisions regarding learning initiatives. She is also charged with authoring publications in the area of human capital management. Dr. Moss has a rich background in teaching leadership, organizational behavior, and management, and has published many papers and made several presentations on these topics. Dr. Moss earned her bachelor's degree in Business Education, master's degree in Leadership Education, a second master's degree in Educational Psychology: Quantitative and Qualitative Methods in Education from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She also earned her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
