Dr. Alec Levenson is a Research Scientist at the Center for Effective Organizations, Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.

Dr. Levenson's research and consulting work helps optimize job performance through organization design, job design, and human capital analytics. He has more than ten years of experience working with leading companies including Capital One, Chevron, Cisco Systems, PepsiCo, Pfizer, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Royal Bank of Canada. His research has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, CNN, U.S. News and World Report, Los Angeles Times, and Fox News. Dr. Levenson received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese language from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and master's degree and Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University.
