Research Associate, Bellevue University's Human Capital Lab

Dr. Gregory Ashley is an Assistant Professor in the College of Business at Bellevue University. Dr. Ashley brings extensive real-world management experience from his work in the telecommunications field to the Lab. As a Research Associate with the Lab, he conducts research that quantifies the value of programs, such as tuition assistance programs, among others. Dr. Ashley earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology and two master's degrees in business and economics from the University of Nebraska, Omaha.
