Dr. Moss is the Director of Bellevue University's doctoral Human Capital Management program. Previously, Dr. Moss served as Director of Bellevue University's Human Capital Lab. Dr. Moss has a rich background in teaching leadership, organizational behavior, and management, and has published many papers and made several presentations on these topics. She was twice awarded the Farmers National Company Fellowship, and was the recipient of The Holling Family Award Program for Teaching Excellence, which celebrates imaginative educational programming and innovations in presentation and delivery.
Dr. Moss earned her bachelor's degree in Business Education, master's degree in Leadership Education, a second master's degree in Educational Psychology: Quantitative and Qualitative Methods in Education from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She also earned her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Additionally, Dr. Moss completed the Graduate Assistant Certification Program from the Distance Learning and Technology Institute.
