Topic areas include adult learning principles, advanced statistical methods, and conducting field research inside an organization. The topics include the study of specific quantitative and qualitative theories and methods used to collect reliable and valid data for decision making purposes.
The curriculum includes:
- Human Capital Management
- Principles of Adult Learning and Training
- Measurement and Evaluation of Human Capital
