Ph.D. in Human Capital Management
Today’s corporate leaders recognize the gaps between human capital investment and organizational outcomes.
Bellevue University developed the Ph.D. in Human Capital Management for those in a position to proactively do something about it.
This flexible program is divided into four Learning Modules concentrating on specific processes and concepts to provide a rich understanding of how human capital is created, shaped, and deployed for organizational success.
- Strategic Human Capital Management and Productivity
- Linking Human Capital to Organizational Outcomes
- Human Capital Leadership and Introduction to Measurement
- Measuring, Analyzing, and Assessing Human Capital Effectiveness
The student’s dissertation embeds the knowledge of the Human Capital Lab into their organization through an applied research project they’ll lead and manage using skills they’ve acquired in the Learning Modules.
“This program is perfect for learning leaders who want to leverage the latest knowledge and practice in aligning human capital investments with business and organizational outcomes. The learning is based on real-world results coming out of Bellevue University’s Human Capital Lab and put into practice in the workplace. The most exciting part of the program is how what is learned and what is practiced will evolve with how the marketplace evolves to recognize human capital’s role in global competition.”
