The Human Capital Lab is under the direction of Michael E. Echols, Ph.D., and Joe J. Hare, CPLP, PMP.
The Human Capital Lab manages a network of experts researching the investment, measurement, and management of human capital, training and development, and leadership initiatives at organizations.
The Human Capital Lab has conducted research with leading businesses including CACI International, Sun Microsystems, U.S. Bank, the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL), and Chrysler, among others.
Bellevue University is located at 1000 Galvin Road South, Bellevue, Nebraska.
