Key corporate learning executives shared their insights and vision regarding human capital research at the inaugural Human Capital Lab Colloquium, held in Omaha on October 30.
Business professionals learned strategies to implement corporate learning at their companies, received a glimpse into future research opportunities, and were able to network with experts during the program.
Keynote speaker Gene Pease, CEO of Capital Analytics, Inc., emphasized "optimization" of data and analysis to more accurately measure the ROI of human capital investments. He discussed the importance of linking the investment in human capital to business outcomes, and conveying the value of this information to management.
